About Us

Our transcribers are passionate about their work and love the diversity, flexibility and challenge that it brings. We have vast experience in working in the medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare research sector, financial services, academic research and general market research.  Whether it’s focus groups, interviews, board or conference calls, or online video meetings/groups, we can provide quality transcripts that meet your needs.

We have our own secure portal for you to upload audio files and add any necessary notes to the transcriber. When you log into our portal you are able to see the progress of your file and download the finished transcript. 


Most of the work we undertake is highly confidential, so naturally, our team of transcribers are all UK-based and have all signed NDAs.

Founder and Director

Victoria is the founder of Accu-Scribe and brings over 20 years of professional transcription experience across a wide range of sectors, including medical, legal, financial services, and market research. She founded the company with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, reliable transcription with a human touch—built on trust, precision, and personal service.

With a meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, Victoria has built Accu-Scribe into a trusted partner for clients who need more than just words on a page. Her leadership is grounded in determination, professionalism, and a deep care for both clients and colleagues.

Davina Currie

Director

Davina Currie is the Head of Content Writing and Content Analysis at Accu-Scribe, where she leads a talented team delivering accurate, human-centred transcription, content writing, and analysis services. Her work primarily supports clients across the healthcare, legal, and market research sectors.

Davina joined Accu-Scribe in 2020, bringing with her 15 years of experience in corporate administration at Board level. This background shaped her ability to manage complex projects, navigate stakeholder relationships, and maintain a strong focus on quality throughout every aspect of her work.

She is driven by a deep sense of purpose. Even when projects involve emotionally challenging subject matter, Davina finds meaning in knowing that her team’s work contributes to research and initiatives that support people – often those

who are seriously unwell or vulnerable.

Passionate about clear, intelligent communication, Davina thrives on bringing structure and insight to complex material. Whether refining transcripts for high-stakes research or leading content strategies in healthcare communication, she is committed to excellence and ensuring clients feel supported at every step.

Rachel Hainsworth

Accounts and Admin Manager

Rachel brings over 30 years of accounting experience to her role as Accounts and Admin Manager at Accu-Scribe. Known for her exceptional organisation, efficiency, and no-nonsense approach, she now also heads our new Bookkeeping & Admin Service, helping businesses streamline their back-office operations so they can

focus on what they do best.

Whether it’s managing day-to-day financials, untangling administrative backlogs, or setting up smooth-running systems, Rachel brings calm to any level of chaos. Her wealth of experience across industries means she can adapt quickly, solve problems with confidence, and always keep things moving.
